Brethren, on May 28th we will be electing officers to Grand Lodge at the Grand Lodge Communication. Every sitting Master, Senior Warden, Junior Warden and Past Master of a lodge has a right and a duty to vote. They will be deciding the future of the craft over the coming years. This duty should not be taken lightly and each vote should be cast after weighing the merits of each candidate and making an intelligent decision based on one’s own convictions. The same can be said of any election in a democratic society whether it be Federal, Provincial, or Municipal election, we vote on the platform the candidate stands for. Herein lays the problem.

Brethren here are some new golf rules for Masonic Tournaments.

Rule #1 A ball sliced or hooked into the rough shall be lifted and placed on the fairway at a point equal to the distance it carried or rolled into the rough with no penalty. Senior players should not be penalized for uncontrollable mechanical phenomena.
